Greensole footwear is backed by our 6 month manufacturers warranty guarantee. The entire range is warrantied for six (6) months from the date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended.
The warranty will become void by the discretion of Greensole Footwear if the product has been misused or subjected to excessive wear and tear including exposure to chemicals, cement, lime or heat since the footwear has not been designed for these environments. To claim the purchaser must return the footwear and provide proof of purchase to the place of purchase @ his cost. The footwear will then be returned to Greensole Footwear for inspection. If found defective the footwear will either be repaired and returned where possible, otherwise a replacement pair or alternate pair or credit will be provided by Greensole Footwear

No claims shall be provided for discounted products having more than 10% discount .In case of minor defect, customer will get a repair service.

Definition of claim

A Shoe/Accessory manufactured and sold by Greensole.com or any of it stores or affiliated partners which develops any defect during the course of normal wear by the customer.

For Shoes: If the upper is damaged and/or becomes discolored. The upper or sole is torn due to bad stitching and/or bad material. Sole detachment occurs due to bad adhesion. The sole/insole/material is cracked or spoiled due to bad material.

For Non Footwear (Bags, Belts, Wallets) Discolor on buckles Material cracked or damaged due to bad material Chain or handler detached due to poor stitching
